Launching & Supporting New Schools

At John Adams Academy®, our mission to restore America’s heritage through education includes a strong commitment to launching and supporting new schools grounded in our classical leadership education model. Central to this effort is the comprehensive training we provide for teachers and administrators, ensuring they are exceptionally prepared to lead with vision, competence, and a deep understanding of classical principles.

We offer specialized training programs designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a classical learning environment. These programs include in-depth coursework on classical pedagogy, curriculum development, leadership philosophy, and the founding principles of the United States.

Administrators receive additional mentoring and strategic guidance to effectively build school culture, manage operations, and uphold the mission of John Adams Academy® at the local level. Through collaboration and ongoing professional development, we continue to support our leaders long after a new school opens its doors.

Our approach is not just about launching schools—it’s about planting lasting institutions that become pillars in their communities. Each new academy carries forward a shared vision: to develop servant-leaders who are scholars, statesmen, and guardians of liberty.

Through this deliberate and mission-focused process, we ensure the integrity, growth, and sustainability of the John Adams Academy® model as it expands to serve more families seeking a transformative, classical education.
